Making a BIG impact with proven results! We've always known we were making a positive impact on children and empowering them to succeed. A nationwide study confirmed it for us.

Little Grows Up And Becomes A BIG Success

Jeff Heilbrun became a Big Brother 15 years ago to a 15 year old boy named Phil. They met on Father's Day. Jeff had a son that had died and Phil's parents were divorced.

The bond was instant. They did many things together, like hiking and kayaking. Phil had dinner with Jeff and his wife Maureen regularly. Phil is good with his hands, and he taught Jeff things, like mechanics. Phil is part of Jeff's family, like a son to him and Maureen.

The relationship has had a powerful impact on Phil, showing him the value of a stable man and family. Phil is now 30 years old, a bank equipment technician, and he is mentoring his younger brother.
